When we meet our clients for the first time, it’s usually after they’ve been to other home builders who have told them “No, we can’t do that”. That’s music to our ears. Utilizing our in-house design team, you will work directly with the builder during every step of construction. A good number of our clients have an idea of what they want in a home, but lack the vision to put their ideas on paper. This is where we come in and help. During the initial meeting we gather as much information as possible from you and start sketching some ideas or show you some of the hundreds of floor plans of homes we’ve built before. A few days later we will have an “in house” design with a price quote for you to review. Once you are satisfied with the design and pricing of your home, we can move to contract and quickly start the construction of your new home. Typically, actual construction time will range from 120 days to 180 days depending on size and complexity of the home.
The construction of your home is supervised by a general contractor, not just a “job supervisor”. This alone is a significant reason to consider us as your custom home builder. A general contractor has the knowledge and understanding of complex construction practices to ensure the unique features you have selected are built properly and any issues can be identified and addressed in a timely manner. We deliver the quality and craftsmanship our clients expect from the homes we build.
